ENVIRONMENTAL IMPACT
ProDeMin has professional staff expert in the planning and preparation of environmental studies for all levels of projects in accordance with the current norms, laws and regulations supervised by the Secretariat of the Environment and Natural Resources (SEMARNAT).
EXPLORATION AND MINING
Environmental studies for exploration projects depend on the type and amount of disturbance and are generally carried out over the proposed area to be affected, and are designed to mitigate the costs depending on the stage of exploration and future plans.
PREVENTIVE REPORT
At an early stage of exploration, an environmental survey of the area to be explored including a catalogue of flora and fauna and past disturbance must be filed to obtain an initial permit for an exploration drilling.
At an advanced stage of the exploration program with a certain amount of surface disturbance it is necessary to file a Technical Study to Justify a Change of Land Use to mining
ENVIRONMENTAL IMPACT STATEMENT
For mining activity an environmental impact statement must be filed, consisting of a compilation of all technical and legal documentation corresponding to each project as well as proposed environmental effects.
